Our accompanist is Phyllis Jones. Phyllis is a native of Davidson County and a Lexington Senior High graduate.  She is very active in music programs in the Davidson County area. She participated in the organ concerts sponsored by First Reformed United Church of Christ as part of their Arts Series and previously accompanied the Lexington Choral Society in the late 80's and early 90's.  She has been a church organist since the age of 12 at various area churches in Lexington and Winston Salem. She presently serves as organist at First United Methodist Church in Lexington, where she is also a member of their handbell choir.  Phyllis has a degree in organ performance from Greensboro College and a Masters in Special Education. She currently is employed as an Exceptional Children's teacher at Yadkin Early College High School and Yadkinville Elementary School.  Phyllis lives in northern Davidson County. She has three grown sons and one grandson, Alston
